I just purchased one of these skimmers and when I plug in the power it just shows "flasherror". Can I get a new controller?

I have power cycled the pump many times. I have unplugged the pump and float sensor from the controller and turned on but get same error. I've held the power and dial down while applying power and held for 30 seconds and still getting "flasherror"

May I known the AD600 , I can’t find the phone app that demonstrates how I can control the the Aeraqua Duo skimmer, thinking to buy the controller to link up and ease the hard way to physically control the skimmer.
