I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with Sicce. To tell you the truth, we no longer carry their pumps because of the same issue. We cannot get help from them ourselves so we decided that we did not want our customers to deal with them either.
We truly apologize for this but in this case, we are unable to provide any help on the matter because it is out of warranty and because Sicce itself is unresponsive even to us.
I can suggest switching your pumps from Sicce to Aquatrance for which we provide full support and warranty.
