Luxcore select a watt ballast

Just a quick question, I'm leaning towards the luxcore 400w select a watt ballast to run my 250W radium in the Reefbrite hybrid fixture

Is this ballast plug and play with the Reefbrite hybrid fixture or will I have to make modifications to the ballast, not very good at making electrical mods.

Does it come with an adaptor to make it compatible with fixtures

The LuXcore MH Ballast will not mate directly to the ReefBrite fixture. Most likely you will need to wire a IEC320 female connector to the ballast.
