I try to calibrate the x2sr but then when o have it do a water change it’s taking out more than it’s putting back, no matter how many times I calibrate it

Sorry for the issues you are having. When calibrating are you using the full length of lines and when calibrating and using are you priming the pumps?

I used the line it came with and cut to length I needed, yes I am priming it but it still drains water from the first two inches of the end of the hose

Sounds like the tension screw may not be tightened enough to close all the way causing a break in prime and the remaining fluid to drip out of the line. See attached photo.
