I have your Reef Octopus HOB 2000 skimmer. It has been running for 6+ weeks and wont stop making micro bubbles. I have the bubble chamber and all three foam rings installed around the cup openings. THe bubbles are still coming out of the foam. I am beyond frustrated with your product and wishing I never purchased it. Please help!

Can you please send us photos or short video of the skimmer running? Also please make sure that the top of the bubble chamber is at or above the water level.
