when I plug it in it will make 3 or 4 revolutions at a slow speed but then stops working whats wrong with my pump its an emergency to me I bought it brand new off of ebay and they never gave me a receipt with it so I cant do a warranty claim please help me asap sps in danger!!

I checked both the pump and controller with a multimeter both are dead must have been a powersurge
