Hi, I have this new unit just about ready to go but needed a little clarification around calibration. I’m assuming we calibrate with the hoses that are going to be used, but what is confusing is when pump stops and there is still fluid in the exhaust line for either pump, do I include that in the final value for amount pumped to be pumped in? Any chance there is a video on this? I tried yesterday with different tube lengths of the 3/8” and got wildly different results. Should both pumps match at least relatively closely if not exact?

The calibration is just like that of a small dosing pump and only what passed through the very end of the line is what you calibrate with. That is why it is important to have the full length and size being used and the lines are fully primed. I hope this helps
