The blue channel on my light does not ramp up- it seems to be stuck on a very low intensity.

I believe one or more of the LED boards may have a bad chip that is draining the power on the blue channel. Please let me know if you are willing to open up the Razor, remove the lens cover and take photos of all three LED boards.

Now that I flipped the light up and am looking at the LED array, I am just noticing an occasional flicker and a few of the LEDs on the blue channel are not lit up.
