Cleaning IceCap 3k

I have watched the tutorials on how to clean the pump, however, I am unable to push the left side shaft towards the driver. I believe there may be a piece of sand or something stuck within the pump. When I purchased it, nowhere in the owner's manual did it indicate to clean, which after watching the online it says it should be monthly. So, it appears it may be really corroded with calcium and I am unable to get into it. Is there a number that I can call so I can speak to someone please?

Please try to first soak the pump in a water/vinegar solution overnight. That will help dissolving some of the calcium buildup.

Well, you need to remove the propellers and cages. Take apart as much as you can and the rest can be soaked.

I have let it soak and still it will not come apart. When I turn it on, it starts to run then stops and then there is a flashing tools icon. Is there a number to please speak to someone about how to fix it??

Please start a private ticket and be sure to include proof of purchase and the serial number on the back of the dry magnet. One of our reps will be able to help you. Do not post it here as this is the public part of our support portal and anybody can see this.
