The K-100 skimmer is shown with a venturi pump that had an orange base - looks to be orange rubber.
My pump however does not have this base attached and it was not included in the box. As a result, the pump vibrates ALOT and makes vibration noise that can be heard from 3 rooms away. I ordered this item on amazon as "new"
How can I recieve the base for my pump? Should i return it to amazon?
