Bought AutoAqua Smart ATO Micro - Automatic Top Off System from Marine Depot on June 21, 2019. Received and installed on June 25, 2019. Worked well till Sept. 15, 2019, and the pump stopped working. When the water level is low, the sensor flash blue light, nothing happened. After a while, the red light on with beep. The water container is always more than half. I read some of the answer on here and open the pump cover, everything looks fine. There are model # on the sensor, pump and adaptor, I am not sure which one should I put in the ticket. Also there's nowhere shows series number.
