My Max Razor r420r wont turn on. The power box has a green light on which goes off if the main switch is switched off. However, no lights and no display is on. What should I do?

Todd,
This could be a bad power connection inside the Razor. Attached is the Razor service manual, please remove the retaining ring as shown in the first photo on the side where the cord enters the Razor. On page 4 check to make sure the cable connector to securely attached to the driver PCB.
