I purchased replacement propellers and cages for my xf130 gyre. I attempted to install them only to find I am unable to install because the new pieces aren't fitting over the shaft. Am I doing something wrong? Did I receive the incorrect pieces?

Did you remove the old bushings? If you got new propellers, they already come with the bushings preinstalled so you need to make sure that you remove the old bushings from the shaft before installing the new propellers and bushings.

There's nothing on the shaft. Just the white shaft that I am trying to insert through the new propellers and the pre-installed bushings. The propeller does not fit on the shaft.

Not sure if this matters but the magnet shaft is the original shaft that came with the unit. Did I need to replace it for the rugged propellers to be compatible?
