I have an old DNWB-150 recirculating skimmer that has a OTP-2000 pump fitted (One with the black outlet fitting). The skimmer is about 9 years old and the pump is starting to make a vibrating/buzzing sound. I've replaced the needle wheel impeller with a new pinwheel one but that didn't fix the issue.
I'm now thinking about changing the pump, and was wondering if a bubble blaster 2000 could be installed? Looking at the photos of the blaster I don't see how they could be be plumbed to recirculate the water in the skimmer chamber, as they do not appear to have a thread on the volute inlet fitting. Is this correct?
FYI I run my skimmer in sump, so there is the possibility of changing the plumbing around if need be.
Any help on the above is appreciated.

No, since you have the old skimmer with the OTP pump with the small black output, there is no pump out there right now that fits it. The skimmer you have is just too old and no parts for it are made anymore.

Thanks for the reply. I'll have to start looking for an affordable new skimmer then.
