Net F2

Hello,my internet went down and when it came back up my FX-STP Kamoer pump is giving me a Net F2 message. I can’t access it via the app because it says it’s offline. However, the warning just says it’s connected to the internet, but not the cloud. Is the cloud down or is there a way to fix this? I am not able to physically be next to the pump at this time because I’m out of town for work. Thank you!
