Good day. my wife bought me a maxspect gyre 150 pump as her gift to me last 04 November 2015 thru amazon.com and had it delivered in Las Vegas. installed the product last January 2016 and by April 2016 it stopped working. i am requesting for a product replacement since it is still under warranty. hope to hear from you...alvin.matienzo@yahoo.com

Please start a private ticket and be sure to provide proof of purchase as well as the serial number on the back of the dry magnet.
