Icecap gyre cable extensions discontinued?

Hi, it looks like this item is out of stock here and at all retail stores

I read on a couple other threads here some conflicting information (albeit old, from 2018). One thread said that the maxspect cables were not compatible, and another one said that they were as long as he pins line up.
As of 2024, can anyone tell me if the ma spect extension cables work on icecap gyres? Or if there’s any other extension solution for the icecap?
