That’s what is on the display. I just commissioned it today. It also reads KH=11 on the display every time it take a measurement. If I look in the logs it appears to have the correct reading of 7.6.

You need to clear the error. The error wont clear automatically. You will need to go into the Dashboard and then hit the "Reset" button a couple of times. That will clear the error and then it should be fine as long as the logs are saying that the tests are ok.

Thanks for the quick reply. I hit the reset button many times and I hit the get KH button and it still reads the same error. If I go into the log it shows the correct value but it shows the KH error 7.6 in the log and display says KH error 11
