What is the port type on the new dc5500 pump you are about to release. From a pic it almost looks like it's NPT. My real question is can they be adapted to a pvc union?

I am double checking with the factory but it appears that they are 1.25in for both the inlet and outlet. Yes a threaded to slip union can be used or a female thread to slip the place a regular slip union anywhere you wish on the 1.25in line
