I know that the 230 is up 100 gallon.
You think that one gyre 230 will be OK or I will need two 230 or one gyre 250 for better movement with zero dead spot? because i am thinking to upgrade my tank 115cm×70cm×55cm high (120 gallon)
In case that I upgrade my tank you think that two 230 it will be better than one 250?

With the Gyre 200 series, you really need 2 pumps in order to take advantage of the features in the controller. I always recommend customers to go with a larger pump as you can always throttle the pump back if you need to but if you have a pump that is too small and already running at 100%, there is nothing you can do with it.

They are a little loud when you first install them but after a couple of weeks of use, they quiet down substantially.
