150 Elite Internal Skimmer not working

I have a 150 Elite Internal Skimmer and the pump is not starting. When I turn on the controller, the normal blue lights are on but then in minute or two the red 15min & 60min light up and the blue ones are off.

Please advise.

Take the pump apart and pull out the pinwheel. Now, while holding the impeller from the magnet, go ahead and try to spin the pinwheel plate. Does it spin freely or does it slow down and stop? I am attaching a couple of videos so you can see exactly what I am referring to.

Actually, I did see how to get it out. It does spin freely and I cleaned it with water. That fixed it! :)

I purchased the skimmer on eBay. The best I have regarding a receipt is an e-mail in Outlook but your attachment system does not accept these file types.
