Please let me know if you are willing to open up the Razor, remove the lens covers and take photos of the LED pads that you're having issues with. I would also like to see a photo of the driver board. It is the red circuit board that has 2 round coils and 2 green terminal boxes on it.

Razor service manual attached.

I'm not sure what you mean. All Razor fixtures have round coils on the driver boards.

Your driver board looks fine but the LED pads need to be replaced. The B2 P chips have failed on them. Maxspect is no longer producing the 16000k pads like you had. They have replaced them with the 15000k pads and there is a slightly different color spectrum but hardly noticeable unless you have 2 fixtures right next to each other to compare the difference side by side, and you will be happier in the long run because the new pads do not have the B2 P chips in them that created an issue for you. You will also need to replace the 90 degree lenses with the upgraded 120 degree reflectors because the 90 degree ones are not compatible with the new 15000k pads. You have 2 options...

1) You can purchase these parts using the links below and install them yourself

http://www.coralvue.com/maxspect-razor-15000k-led-pad

http://www.coralvue.com/maxspect-razor-r420r-120-degree-white-reflector

2) You can send your Razor into us for repair. We charge a flat fee of $100 plus $20 for return shipping. The $100 covers all parts and labor needed to repair your Razor and our technician will check everything out and make sure everything is working well. I would recommend this option as it will save you quite a bit of money.

If you would like to take advantage of our repair program, let me know and I will give you further instructions.
