Gyre not working right after outtage

We have had the gyre hooked up for less than a week. Today we lost power. Now that I have everything back on, the gyre is not working correctly.

It has power to the controller, but will not actually run for more than 20 seconds when we unplug and replug the controller back in.

It is the 330 series.

I am at a loss for what to do. Please help.

I have this same issue when we lose power, the message on controller displays "flash error." Can't seem to find any solutions anywhere and am currently waiting for a response back from Coralvalue
