Just bought a gyre 230 with controller and went to hook it up but i am not getting power to the power box at all. Any ideas ? Or did i get a junk power cord and box

Is the green LED on the power supply on? Have you tried a different power cable just to see if that is the issue? If you still have the issue, please start a private ticket and be sure to include proof of purchase. One of the reps will be able to help you and get the issue resolved.

No the green led doesnt even come on on the box. Pretty sure the power supply is junk. Hopefully I get sent a new one. I already submitted my warranty deal also. Do I have to do anything else ?
