Yesterday I clean out my collection cup on my skimmer and now it's foaming a lot and the cup will not stop over flowing, it fills up with in 10 minutes and it used to take a week. I don't know what to do I have moved the cup up and down for water level and still no change

What size tank is it and how old is the tank? Have you added any type of additives or chemicals to the tank? Things such as stress remover, medication, red slime remover, chum-clean or water changes using dechlorinators or water conditioners?

Yes I used red slim remover, it's a 70 gallon and its be running for months! And I did a 20 gallon water change.

Yup, that will do it. You need to run carbon to remove any slime remover left in the water. Once that has been removed, the skimmer will go back to normal. If you read the box on the slime remover, it actually states to no run skimmer and then do several water changes to remove any residue of the chemical from your system.
