Looking to run a full sps reef system with the new 200 gyre. Aquarium size will be rimless 6'x2'x2' so around 650 litres What size/sizes would you advise to run in there with the controller ?

I would go with the XF250 and run two of them opposite to each other.

Thank you , I assume I can use one of the preset modes for easiness rather than have to programme settings in myself and turn down a bit if too strong ?

That is up to you. The controller allows you to do either one.
