IceCap K3 250 OVP no air making whomp whomp whomp noise

In December 2022 I purchased this IceCap 250 OVP Skimmer for a large build I was working on and buying the parts over time. When I first got the skimmer in Dec I did test it to make sure it worked. Ran it for 5 days in a 75g tank filled with dirty tank water from some of my tanks. After 5 days it seemed to be doing great cleaned up the water great. I took it out cleaned it and then put it back in the box until I was ready to fill the tank. Which I just got to a 2 weeks ago. Yesterday was the first day I turned on the skimmer for the first time. It ran just fine for an hour. I was actually looking in its direction when all of a sudden all of the bubbles stopped. The skimmer was making a "whomp" sound three times in a row quick together like "whomp whomp whomp" then it would pause for a second and the controller display would flash whatever was on the screen then it would to the "whomp whomp whomp" thing again and just repeat over and over. I took the skimmer apart again cleaned it up made sure air could pass through the hose into the pump. I checked and the neck ring where the air intake is and made sure air could pass through that with no issue. Any ideas while I am waiting on Coarlvue to respond?
