For some reason I can not post in the other thread anymore.

I do not want to get CoralVue involved in this other than for the repair. It has been nothing but hassles and runarounds thus far. I can only imagine it being worse with another party involved. Please get back with me ASAP with a quote for the repairs so I can see if the seller is willing to pay that amount. Also will this affect my warranty?

I have emailed the repair department and I am waiting for a response. As soon as I get that from them, I will let you know.

On a different subject, can you tell me what browser version and OS version are you using? Want to make sure that other people with a similar setup as yours are not having the same issue you are having.

Thank you,

Carlos,
Sure. I have a Samsung note 3 running android 4.4.2.
I'm using the google chrome browser. I tried to reply with both the default mobile browser and the desktop version. Both have the reply button grayed out.
Thanks,
Jeremy

The techs emailed me and asked me for better pictures. They are looking at the pictures and it looks like a scratch and not a crack. Can you confirm that it is a crack?

Carlos,
It appears to be a crack. I can not test it to see if it will leak but it is visible on both sides. I would like the bottom panel replaced not patched so I'm not sure what a better picture would accomplish. Please get a quote for replacing the entire black bottom panel on a sro5000-ext skimmer. The skimmer has never had water in it so it would not require cleaning.
Whether it's a scratch or a crack I will still want the panel replaced.
Best Regards,
Jeremy Ziehr

The parts department just informed that the the bottom part cannot be replace economically. One option is to use weld-on but there is not guarantee that it will work. Another option you have is we can give you a discount on a replacement body. If you are interested, please use the "Submit a Ticket" on the right and I can give you all the details in private.
