For some reason I try to add another x1 pump to the Bluetooth and it keep giving me the same x1 dosing pump that I previously add it won’t allow me to add another one for some reason both are sink together I wanted to do a alk and cal dosing how can I resolve this and I try downloading it to apple app but its apple app is not working right now

I understand. We are working with Kamoer to get things resolved. In order for us to move things along we need to gather app and mobile device info to see where the issue lies which is best handled in public.

I can program my app and connect to the pumps. After the schedule is set up, it fails to dispense. Only one of the 3 will reliably dose.
