For those of us who like to ramp up/down between morning and night, would it be possible to include LTC or OGC into the custom programming schedule module in order to use LTC/OGC, but also being able to change the maximum/minimum limits throughout the day.

No, in this case you would have to create your own custom programming. Unfortunately you cannot take an existing preset and modify it.

Any chance you can share the 24 hour programming of LTC and OGC? I'm not sure how to replicate the picture graphs into programming form.

Unfortunately it is something that the manufacturer has not shared with us.
