The blue channel on my Razor 120 quit working. The control boards looks fine. The two LEDs appear to have burned on both pads. See attached photo.

What are your thoughts?

I recommend replacing the LED pads.

If you are willing to send in for service we will replace all LED pads and upgrade to the 120 degree reflectors for $100.00 + return shipping.

Otherwise you can purchase the LED pads / reflectors and install yourself.

The 15000K version replaced the 16000K.

I will send it in. Do I need to contact you directly or can you issue an RMA number here? Also, what is the turn around time for the repair?
