New icecap 4K w/WiFi controller—pump won’t run!

I just installed this Pump with WiFi controller and downloaded the app. It’s connected to WiFi and I’ve set a program. However, the pump will not turn on. On the controller itself I do not see a pump 1 light on as I’ve seen in the videos. Clearly the led is quite bright and this one does not seem to be Turning on no matter which way the pump is plugged into the controller (flat portion of male and female are aLigned properly).

Shouldn’t the pump 1 light be green?

Should the pump power on before a program exists?

I cannot get the pump to turn on! The status light is green and the mode light is purple just how I’ve programmed it. But no light on the pump one LED is turning on.

I just received this pump today. Very frustrating.
