I have old 660 Icecap, bought new 660 coralvue. One pin on quick connect is black, and new ballast is not firing lights. I need to remove female connect from plastic holder and replace with new female connector. What tool is there I can purchase to remove connecter and release tabs?

The Female connector is soldered to the circuit board and cannot be easily removed.

I was not clear. The black female is located on the white 16 pin connector. I need a tool to push the 2 tabs flush to pull out connector from white plastic holder. What is the tool, and what size ?
