My pump seems only seems to remember the program for one day / 24 hours.
And then stops dosing
I have it set daily, every 1 day, and also tried weekly everyday as I read this might be a work around.
To no avail.

The X1 does not have an internal clock and time can drift slightly between phone synchronizations. So the behavior you are experiencing with your X1 is normal as the X1 can keep time around 10sec per day depending on the frequency of the crystal within. Thank you for your understanding.
Also, note when the X1 pump experiences a power loss it has no way to retain time so when power is restored the X1 pump will begin its dosing regimen at the start of the day 00:001. The X1 will continue to perform its programmed dosing schedule but just not at its pre-programmed time. The LED on the X1 will blink red indicating it has lost power. The time is easily updated when the user reconnects the pump to the app. If you still have issues please submit a support ticket at support.coralvue.com with your product purchase info and the issue.

I don’t think it is a time issue, I noticed drifts a few seconds on the time sync function but only a few seconds, I’ve waited 10 minutes after the programmed dosing time and nothing happens.
It just seems after 1 day it forgets the program (even though I can see the program in the app and it loads successfully) despite keeping good time and still be connected, it manual doses, roll calls fine etc.

I know it sounds redundant but can you please delete the X1 app from the mobile device and reconnect the dosing pump. Set a simple dose as seen in the attached screenshot and let me know if the pump acts as it should.
