Please remove the pumps impeller and inspect it for any signs of damage or debris. If everything looks good test the pump in a bucket of water and see if it runs. If not please submit a support ticket at coralvue.com/support so one of our helpful techs can get your skimmer and running.

Great. If you have not done so already I would suggest soaking the pump in a vinegar water solution if you have not done so recently.
