Have a controller that's out. System less than a year old and cannot order from the site because they show unavailable. What can I do?

For warranty claims, please use the "Submit a Ticket" on the right and be sure to include model, serial number and proof of purchase.

The problem is the skimmer was part of a tanked show instal. I am the service company taking care of the system. The casino this tank went Into did not receive an itemized bill. I can certainly provide the serial number if that helps tho. I really just need a new controller and will even pay for it
