My Ethereal and ICV6 don't seem to stay connected for longer than a few hours at a time. Getting connected itself takes several reset cycles and when they do connect I sometimes get timeout errors and have to restart the process all over again. Once I do get past all of the connectivity issues, everything works fine, but last night I tried to adjust some things on my light through the app and the light was no longer connected through the ICV6 after having gone through the entire process of getting them to communicate each other the night before. The ICV6 and Ethereal are 3 feet from one another and my in-home router is about 10 feet from the two.

Are you connecting directly to the ICV6 or are you setting it up so it is connected to your WiFi?

Connecting via my in-home router's WiFi. The direct communication to the ICV6's signal doesn't work as well.

Please try resetting your ICV6 by holding the power button for 4 seconds. The red floppy icon will flash and then will turn solid. As soon as it turns solid, release the button and the unit will be reset. If the red icon flashes and then turns off, release the power button and try again until the red flashing light goes from flashing to solid.
If this doesn't work we will try resetting the lights next.
