missing parts

Hi I bought a dnwb 150 with base yesterday and it seems to be missing the lid and bag goods no plumbing except the pipe with a (b) sticker on it.The box didn't look opened or crushed .I called the place I bought it from and they refered me to you.The skimmer looks great no scatches or cracks.not sure what happe
