Just purchased and installed a new Classic 150-S over the weekend. All seems to be functioning well with the exception that I have an annoying high pitched whistling sound coming from the Silencer Cap. Note- the Air Hose is tucked into the Adjusting Pipe but not attached to the tubing coming from the Silencer Cap. There is one hole in the Silencer Cap. If you place your finger over the hole then the whistling sound stop but obviously stifling air flow. How can I remedy the whistling issue?

The sound you are experiencing will decrease as the skimmer breaks in. Please make sure the hole does not have any manufacturing or shipping debris in the hole. Also ensure that the airline being inserted up is not up against the top of the stack. If so please trim to allow space.
