Gyre 3k

I have 2 Gyre 3K connected to the Apex through the modules and they were working fine and I went to change the speed and they went to 100%. I disconnected them and I reset the apex and I can't adjust them, they stay at 100%. I unplugged them and I put the Gyre control on it and I can only set it to 0% and they turn off and I set it to 10% and they are working at 100%
