leaky parts

hello, my Super Reef Octopus External Cone Skimmer SRO-XP3000E skimmer cup has a leak where the cup meets the neck, i don't know if i should try to reglue it or tell you guys about it since its still under warrantee. Also I'm not sure but i think i have a small leak coming from the pump, the part where you have to screw the clear part onto the pump. Please advise, thank you very much.
