Does the constant mode on both 330/350 always on or there is a predetermined run time of it being on and off? My controller is set to constant mode but it turns on the pump approximately 4s then off, on approximately 6s then off, on approximately 10s then off and it cycles through this process. Is this normal? My assumption is that constant mode means its always going to be on. I reset the controller several times and no changes. Please help.

That is not normal for the pumps to cut off. I can send you a new controller. See below
