Just upgraded from 120 gallon to 300. If I upgrade to a bubble blaster 3000 on my classic 200 will that make the skimmer perform more like an SRO. From what I see there is not much difference between the classic 200 and other skimmers that are rated for 300 gallon tanks. Thanks for the information.

If you upgrade to a bubble blaster pump, then the new skimmer should be able to handle a 300 gal system with light to medium load. If you get into heavy load, then even though the pump is powerful enough, the body of the skimmer may still be too small for the system.
