Just got the classic super space saver skimmer for my aquarium. Is there info somewhere on this thing and how to use it? It came with no directions at all. It's set up but no matter how I adjust the air pipe thing, the bubbles settle about 4 inches from the bottom of collection cup

The skimmer should sit in 7-8" of consistent water height. Rotating the red wedge valve with increase and decrease the water height within the skimmer. The higher the water sits within the skimmer the wetter your collection will be. The skimmer will take 3-4 weeks to break in, during that period I would suggest to leave the valve on the open side to prevent overflow when your not around.
