My pump is making a loud whirring noise so I took it apart to see if anything shifted from shipping.
I found that my pump design is not the same as shown on your maintenance and troubleshooting video. The driver shaft holder on the logo side is not removable. The rotor bushings that attach to the driver shaft appear to be pressed on and will not come off. The other thing is the bushings in the end of the cages do not appear to come out either. I cannot push them out with a pencil from inside the cage as instructed in the video.
Is this an updated pump design for the xf230?
