xf150 wont work

Ive had my x150 for around 6 months now yesterday I came home and the red light was flashing I took it apart no obstructions only thing i had noticed was the magnet on the motor had a scratch and rust spot on it. i cleaned it well but gyre will still not run thinks for a minute then just shuts off (red lights) i cannot submit a ticket due to not having my proof of purchase nor the serial number because the original magnet was broken and thrown out. thank you in advance I've tried reassembling multiple times. first time I've had a problem and I have disassembled and reassembled in the past.

I can help you troubleshoot the issue but if you need replacement parts, you would need to purchase them.

Please do the following:

Remove the cages and the propellers from the motor block until you are left with only the motor block and the exposed shaft. Then go ahead and power up the pump and see if the shaft spins. The motor should run for about 10 seconds and then shut off as the controller detects the lack of water drag from the motor running without propellers. This is normal.

Does the motor run?
Does the shaft spin?
Is the pump completely dead?
Are the controller lights on?
Is the LED light on the power supply on?
