Unfortunately without serial number and proof of purchase, the pump is not under warranty. If you had at least one, then we could work with you but without both it is hard.
I can help you troubleshoot the issue but if you need replacement parts, you would need to purchase them.
Please do the following:
Remove the cages and the propellers from the motor block until you are left with only the motor block and the exposed shaft. Then go ahead and power up the pump and see if the shaft spins. The motor should run for about 10 seconds and then shut off as the controller detects the lack of water drag from the motor running without propellers. This is normal.
Does the motor run?
Does the shaft spin?
Is the pump completely dead?
Are the controller lights on?
Is the LED light on the power supply on?
