I have several icecaps and my newest one the 3k model I bought in July is failing. The control panel is working however it keeps saying off after I program it. No flow in the tank but I can feel a slight pulse in the off mode. It is a very clean unit and no blockage of any type. No need for vinegar as it’s almost brand new. The power module has a green light. No damage to the unit of any type.
