Hello I ordered a HOB reef octopus BH100 skimmer recently. I was impressed at how much stuff it was actually pulling out and was very happy. I woke up this morning with the unit not producing any micro bubbles. After inspecting it closely I found that the shaft of the impeller is broken. What can I do about this.

Please "Submit a Ticket" and be sure to include the model and serial numbers on the back of the pump along with proof of purchase. Once we have that, we can send you a new shaft.
