When I turn on my Maxspect Gyre xf250 the controller cycles on, the pump turns a fraction of a cm (I feel a slight vibration) then the controller changes to “OFF” for both Pump A and Pump B (I only have one pump, so B is unoccupied.) I have tried cleaning it, replacing the bushings, pulled out the impeller thing and cleaned that off too, but nothing works. I even tried plugging the pump into slot B to see if that works. It did not. My question is...
Do I need to order a replacement motor? Or is my controller messed up? My pump is like 2 or 3 years old, I don’t think it’s under warranted anymore so I’m just looking at what parts to order to fix it. Thanks.

Most likely you just need a new motor block since the controller is doing what it should be when a motor block has failed. You can order a new one from our website here:
