Gyre shuts off and light flashes red in reverse flow

My gyre shuts off and the lights blinks red when,
1. In constant reverse flow at or below 50% power
2. In Pulsing reverse flow at or below 50% power
3. When alternating; in reverse flow with matching forward and reverse power (all power percentages)

The gyre is placed horizontally at the rear of the tank 4 inches below the surface. It has been running in constant forward flow at 10% for the last 3 days.

Please help

Please allow the pump to break in. Once the surfaces are covered with bacteria and there is less friction, you will have no issues lowering the speed. If after break-in, you still have the issue, feel free to use the "Submit a Ticket" on the right to escalate and we will take care of the issue.

I am still having the issue. In fact it has gotten worse. The red light blinks and the pump stops if the reverse flow is below 70%
I had submitted a ticket but it was resolved today without any action. I will open another. For reference here was my previous ticket number. GZL-BBIJH-529‏

Under what name did you submit the ticket? The ticket you just pointed me to (GZL-BBIJH-529‏) is not a ticket but just a post in a public forum where we do not discuss any private matters (for obvious reasons).

If you have not, please use the "Submit a Ticket" on the right and be sure to include proof of purchase as well as the serial number on the back of the pump.
